The Candyman said that he was aiming to get back to race-riding by 18 April

Andrew Fortune was seen riding work at Summerveld on Wednesday morning.

Andrew says: “I need to put my body under pressure now and show that I will be ready for the 2 May feature racemeeting – the two Guineas and the Drill Hall Stakes are run that day. And then on 9 May Note To Self runs in the WSB 1900 and Eight On Eighteen is also penciled in for a run. I am privileged to be part of a champion team but, believe me, there is no place for passengers! I need to show I am ready!”
