Formgrids Now Requires Users to Login

Firstly, please note that Formgrids is still free to use.

There are future site enhancements that will be done that require this change.

We have done everything possible to make this an easy transition, however, some users may:

• Need to reset their passwords (if the password was forgotten)
• Or, register as a user (if not registered)

Both are easy to do and can be done by the user him/herself.

Instructions

If you are running into some very unusual problems then it is recommended that you clear your browser's cache.

Search Google for guides on how to clear your browser cache.

To register as a user click the Register button on the top navigation bar.

Now complete the form.

Important

• You must enter a valid email address.
• The user name may not contain spaces.

Click the Register button.

You will receive an email as above. Copy the code highlighted with the red ellipse.

Paste this code into the box as below.

Click the Activate button.

Now log in.
