STIPES REPORT: GALLAGHER (*K Sakayi) and SARABI (*T Gumede) lost 1 length, respectively. BURNT ROCK (*J Mphanya) lost 2 lengths. Into the first turn, in a tightly bunched field, BURNT ROCK (*J Mphanya) had to ease when awkwardly placed on the inside of GALLAGHER (*K Sakayi) which rolled in, and SARABI (*T Gumede) had to ease when awkwardly placed on the inside of BELTON ROAD (AUS) (N Patel). At the top of the straight, ELEGANT GENERAL (M Yeni) and BURGUNDY ROSE (L Hewitson) came together and bumped. BURGUNDY ROSE (L Hewitson) was hanging in from the 300m. JONATHAN (S Moodley) the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer Y Singh advised (TN). Jockey N Patel replaced Jockey K de Melo on BELTON ROAD (AUS). DURAN raced fitted with alumites both fore and steels behind (advised 15h46/15.07.2020). DURAN raced fitted with cheek-pieces (advised 07h32/16.07.2020). MY BOY JACK did not race fitted with blinkers (advised 08h00/20.07.2020). VET :GALLAGHER : Coughing. SCRATCHINGS : CHARLIE-FOX : Reserve runner. GREAT DICTATOR : Reserve runner. JOHNNY BLACK : Reserve runner.
